With PFCCS Team |
Dr. Kabita Keyal on the importance of team building in Critical Care Support.
Effective critical care stabilization and management depends entirely on the team. Through standardized education and training, skill acquisition, and communication among team members an effective resuscitation and response team is developed. Additionally, PULSE focuses on building a global health network. Our global health teams are led by doctors who have an intricate knowledge of the local infrastructure and understanding of the medical education system. Team members comprise local instructors, volunteers and PULSE members who demonstrate a commitment to development of paediatric critical care service in their native countries. We couldn't accomplish the goal of sustainability without their help.
